Two problems that are really one.
Both sides of this market are failing for the same reason, and it is not price. The requirement is never written down properly, so nothing downstream of it can be compared.
THE OWNER’S PROBLEM
Three quotes arrive. One assumes a different roof area, one quietly leaves out the structure work, one prices better panels without saying so. There is no honest way to rank them.
THE INSTALLER’S PROBLEM
A lead is a name and a number. Half of them do not answer, and the ones who do want a site visit before anyone knows whether the job is worth the trip.

One brief, or it does not work
The moment two installers quote against two different understandings of the same roof, the owner is comparing prose, not prices. Everything here follows from holding the brief still.
Verify before anyone pays
A marketplace that sells unchecked contact details spends its reputation once and cannot buy it back. Checking is the product, not an overhead sitting on top of it.
Say what we are not
We do not install, we do not subcontract, and we do not take a share of the job. The contract is between the owner and the installer, and being clear about that is what makes the rest credible.
No fee to ask
Owners submit for free and owe nothing if they walk away. The paying customer is the installer buying access to demand, and pretending otherwise would distort every decision we make.
Who pays us, and who does not.
A marketplace that is vague about this is a marketplace whose recommendations you cannot trust. So here it is before anyone has to ask.

Pay nothing, ever
No submission fee, no commission on the job, no charge for receiving quotes. If we ever needed to charge owners, the incentive to verify honestly would be the first thing to break.
INSTALLERS
Pay per lead
One price per brief, shown before purchase, with no subscription behind it. They are buying access to demand that has already been checked, which is the only thing we actually produce.
NOBODY
Pays for placement
There is no sponsored position and no boosted listing. An installer cannot pay to be shown first, because the moment that is possible the routing stops meaning anything.
