How a requirement becomes a quote.

Three stages sit between a property owner filling in a form and an installer picking up the phone. Here is exactly what happens in each one, including the part where we call you.

FROM FORM TO QUOTE

  1. Submit

    You

    A few minutes, free

  2. Verify

    Us

    Contact, property, brief

  3. Match

    Them

    Installers who cover you

Nothing moves to the next stage until the last one holds up.

How a requirement becomes a quote.

Three stages sit between a property owner filling in a form and an installer picking up the phone. Nothing moves to the next one until the last one holds up.

  1. Submit

You describe the property, the load you need to cover and when you want it running. It takes a few minutes and costs nothing.

  2. Verify

We confirm the contact is reachable, check the property details hold together, and make sure the brief carries enough to price against.

  3. Match

Installers covering your area and system size buy the lead, then come back to you directly with quotes you can put side by side.

What verification actually checks.

This is the step that makes a lead worth buying, so it is worth being specific about rather than calling it quality control and moving on. Nothing reaches an installer until all three groups pass.

THE CONTACT

  • The number connects and belongs to the person named
  • The email accepts mail
  • The contact can authorise work on the property

THE PROPERTY

  • The location resolves to a real serviceable area
  • Roof or ground area is consistent with the property type
  • The described load matches the bill given

THE BRIEF

  • Enough detail to price without a discovery call
  • A timeline that is a decision, not a daydream
  • No duplicate of a requirement already in the system

A brief that fails is not deleted. We come back to you and say what is missing, because almost every failure is a detail that was skipped rather than a reason the project cannot happen.

How long each part takes.

Only the first two are ours to promise. The rest belongs to a distribution company and a construction crew, and we are not going to put a week count on their work.

Submitting

A few minutes, once you have a recent bill to hand.

Verification

Hours rather than days. It usually involves one short call to you.

First quotes

Installers respond on their own schedule, and the good ones respond quickly.

The work itself

Set by the project. A house is quick, a society waits on approvals, a plant waits on a shutdown window.

Then the quotes are yours.

SiddhVolt steps out of the way once the brief has been bought. What happens next is a conversation between you and an installer.

Quotes arrive directly

Installers contact you themselves. SiddhVolt does not sit in the middle of that conversation, mark up the price, or take a cut of the job.

You compare like for like

Because every installer worked from the same brief, the quotes answer the same questions. Differences in price are differences in scope or equipment, not in what was assumed.

You are free to walk away

There is no fee to submit and no obligation to accept anything. If none of the quotes convince you, that is a complete outcome and nobody will chase you about it.

The rest of the process, answered.

Who actually calls me?

The installers who bought your brief. SiddhVolt calls you once, during verification, to confirm the details hold up. After that the conversation is between you and them.

How many installers will I hear from?

Only the ones who cover your area and work at your system size, and only the ones who chose to buy your brief. It is not broadcast to a list, and it is never published anywhere public.

What if my requirement fails verification?

We come back to you and say what is missing rather than quietly dropping it. Most failures are a detail that was skipped, not a reason you cannot proceed.

Can I ask for a specific installer?

You can tell us, and we will note it on the record. We cannot force an installer to buy a brief, but a named request tends to get answered.

Start on whichever side you are on.

Owners post a requirement in a few minutes. Installers pick up leads the same day they clear verification.
