The contract for any actual work is between the property owner and the installer. Nothing on this page changes that, and nothing here is legal advice.

What SiddhVolt is
SiddhVolt operates a marketplace. Property owners describe a requirement, we check it, and installers buy access to that requirement so they can quote for the work.
We are not an installer. We do not carry out surveys, design, supply, construction or maintenance, and we do not subcontract them. Any contract for actual work is between you and the installer, and we are not a party to it.
Using this site
Use it for its purpose. Do not attempt to break it, scrape it, submit requirements you have no connection to, or impersonate somebody else. We may withdraw access if you do.
If you submit a requirement
- Submitting is free and puts you under no obligation.
- The details you give must be accurate and must relate to a property you own or are authorised to act for.
- By submitting, you agree we may share the brief with installers who cover your area, as set out in the privacy policy.
- You are free to accept any quote, or none. We do not charge you either way.
If you buy leads
- A lead is access to a requirement, not a guarantee of work. We verify that the contact is reachable and the brief is complete. We cannot promise the owner will proceed, choose you, or buy at all.
- You must hold the licences, registrations and insurance the work requires, and you contract with the owner in your own name.
- Use the details for quoting the requirement you bought them for, and for nothing else. Do not resell them or add them to a marketing list.
- Quote against the brief as given. Pricing a different scope and explaining the difference afterwards defeats the purpose of the marketplace and is grounds for removal.
What we do not promise
We check briefs carefully, but we do not vouch for the quality, pricing, timeliness or conduct of any installer, and we do not vouch for the accuracy of what an owner tells us about their property. Choosing who to work with, on either side, remains your decision.
The site is provided as it is. We aim to keep it available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, SiddhVolt is not liable for loss arising out of work carried out by an installer, or for indirect or consequential loss arising out of use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.
Our content
The SiddhVolt name, logo, wording and design on this site belong to us. Read the site, quote it fairly, and link to it freely. Do not copy it wholesale or present it as your own.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
